I just wanted to write to you to say a very big thank you for the outstanding customer service you have provided for us at White bros Taunton, and in more recent years Brakes Ilminster.

 

Its is now 25 years and 4 generations of Fiesta since we moved to Ford and initially met you.since then we have always been impressed with your great enthusiasm and professionalism in the job,and your friendly and helpful attitude in giving advice or guildance on repairs and servicing.

 

On hearing your appointment at Brakes Ilminster,we immediately made the discision to switch our Fiesta servicing from Taunton.The doorstep service rountine worked really well for us and gave us a tresured customer feeling.

 

As I expained to you on Thursday last,our move to another manufacturer is not a reflection on performance of the Ford car,but we have reached that time in life when we want to move on,try something a bit special for our forthcoming retirement.

I have always had excellent service from Brakes Motor Company in Ilminster, not only the service dept but the sales team aswell. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always cheerful, helpful and friendly. Brakes are the only Ford dealer that I use and I am more than satisfied with their excellent service.
