There is nothing the dealership could do to improve on its excellent customer care. They are all friendly, helpful and cheerful. A smile means a great deal and you are always greeted with one. As a woman to deal with Lauren is excellent as i feel safer and more confident dealing with another woman.

The service received could not be bettered. I used Brakes because my husband deals with them and i know they treat you as a valued customer. My last 2 cars have been Vauxhall but i found the after sales sadly lacking. The salesman always seemed far too busy. None of this with Brakes! Treated courteously and efficently at all times.

We have always found the buying and servicing experiences at Brakes to be hassle free and we are kept fully infomed of the schedules etc.
The trip from Preston to Ilminster is always enjoyable as it involves at least one nights stay in Somerset.
